HISTORIC REVIEW BOARD AGENDA A meeting of the Historic and/or Architectural Review Board will be held on August 12, 2014, in the Mayor’s Conference Room at City Hall at 8:00 a.m. If you are unable to attend, please contact the Chairperson. AGENDA Item #1 – 77-79 Main Street – (Kevin Penney)  Replace all the windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor with vinyl replacement windows Item #2 – 33 Main Street – (Sam Braine/Paul Mangianele)  Repair/refinish/replace all cracks, loose wood and chips in paint  Remove awning and mechanism  Fill in holes from awning with caulk and paint over  Add 5 1/2” baseboards on bottom of wall on Central Avenue side of building  Paint column, framing, walls and baseboards  Add two signs to the building, one on the Main Street side, one on Central Ave side  Install a vent Minutes of June 10, 2014 Adjourn
