Present: Commissioners Scott Steve, Brett Barnes, Abigail Cleary, Juliene Ray, Tom Larson Excused: Commissioner Maria Manning, Karen Leahy Staff: ZEO Bob Rhea, Interim Director of Code Enforcement Mike Tenkate, Secretary Devon Rainbow Item #1 – 4 Otter Creek (Gellatly) – Ramp Variance  Side Yard Set back Ramp goes around corner of house. Landing is 5ft x 5ft not closer than two feet from the property line. Motion to close the public hearing. Motion: Comm. Larson Second: Comm. Ray Approved: Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 The Board reviewed the questions necessary for the deciding of granting or rejecting an area variance. A motion was made to approve the application as submitted. Motion: Comm. Larson Second: Comm. Cleary Approved: Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Item #2 – 220-226 Port Watson (Byrne Dairy) – Preliminary review Christian Bruelle was present for the meeting. Will need zoning change and will sublet to 1-parcel. Will mimic new one Homer, only smaller. Propose one driveway/entrance, twenty-seven parking spaces. Need five variances in front and side yard. Has been consulting with DOT. Previous tanks are gone. Four new tanks will be put in. Comm. Steve has a conflict with this because he consults with them but does not have a vote on this. Variance will be for parking in front of the building for easy access to the office in the front of the building for customers. Motion to close the public hearing. Motion: Comm. Cleary Second: Comm.
