CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tem Sandau called the meeting to order Council Members present: Steve Gorman, Roger Sandau, Joe Disalvo, Cole Button, Douglas Rew. Mayor Shudak absent due to a previously scheduled meeting. Staff present: Mimi Dobson, Tony Clowe, Whitney Jacque and Jodi Quakenbush 3. CITIZENS REQUEST TO BE HEARD none 4. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of Agenda and live streamed recordings of these proceedings to be incorporated into the official minutes Joe Disalvo and Steve Gorman moved and seconded to approve Consent Agenda. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 5. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 26-140 (Continued from 4-6-26) Resolution authorizing the creation of a new Assistant City Attorney II position with the Legal Department. Joe Disalvo and Douglas Rew moved and seconded to approve Resolution 26-140. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 6. CITY COUNCIL ACTION ITEMS none 7. OTHER BUSINESS none 8. ADJOURNMENT Cole Button and Joe Disalvo moved and seconded to approve Motion to Adjourn at 4:17 pm. Unanimous, 5-0 vote.
