Crescent City Employees Association Memorandum of Understanding • Recommendation: Consider and approve Resolution No. 2018-25, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY AND THE CRESCENT CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020. 4. One-Year Extension Of The Disposition And Development Agreement With Danco Communities • Recommendation: Hear staff report • Take public comment • Authorize the City Manager to sign the attached letter authorizing a one-year extension of the Disposition and Development Agreement with DANCO Communities for the sale of property and construction of a three story 27-unit senior housing complex on APN 118-170-02 within the Downtown Business (C1) District. 9. County of Del Norte Kids Summer Camp use of Cultural Center • Recommendation: Hear Staff Report • Take Public Comment • Consider waiving the fees for the use of the Cultural Center for the KIDS summer camp program on Wednesdays, from 1 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from the dates of July 11, 2018 to August 22, 2018. 10. Crescent City Phase II Hwy 101 Wayfinding Program • Recommendation: Hear staff report • Take public comment • Adopt Resolution 2018-28 City of Crescent City requesting installation of signage on U.S. Route 101 for the purpose of guiding motorists to downtown Crescent City 11. Pebble Beach Drive Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project Consulting Agreement For Completing an ATP Application • Recommendation: Hear Staff Report • Public Comment • Authorize the City Manager to sign a Professional Service Contract with Green Dot Transportation Solutions in the amount of $9,900 for the completing of an ATP Application for the Pebble Beach Drive Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project contingent on review from City Attorney.
