CCPD Canine Transfer Agreement • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Crescent City Police Department Canine Transfer Agreement. 4. Fire Chief Employment Agreement • Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2020-08, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CRESCENT CITY APPOINTING WILLIAM GILLESPIE AS THE FIRE CHIEF AND APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT 5.
