Code Section 54957(b)) Title: City Manager OPEN SESSION Call to order Roll call Pledge of Allegiance REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Any member of the audience is invited to address the City Council on any matter that is within the jurisdiction of the City of Crescent City. Comments of public interest or on matters appearing on the agenda are accepted. Note, however, that the Council is not able to undertake extended discussion or act on non-agendized items. Such items can be referred to staff for appropriate action, which may include placement on a future agenda. All comments shall be directed toward the entire Council. Any comments that are not at the microphone are out of order and will not be a part of the public record. Council Meeting Minutes • Recommendation: Approve the February 3, 2020 regular meeting minutes of the City Council. 7. Warrant Claims List • Recommendation: Receive and file the warrant claims list for the period January 25, 2020 through February 7, 2020. 8. Payroll Report • Recommendation: Receive and file the biweekly payroll report for the period ending February 1, 2020 paid February 7, 2020. 2|Page 2/18/20 COUNCIL AGENDA 9. Budget-to-Actual Financial Report for January 2020 • Recommendation: Receive and file monthly budget-to-actual financial report of the City’s major operating funds for the month of January 2020. 10. Approve Agreements for Two Additional Camp Hosts at Shoreline RV Park • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign an Agreement for Volunteer Camp Host at Shoreline RV Park with Carrie Soltesz • Authorize the City Manager to sign an Agreement for Volunteer Camp Host at Shoreline RV Park with Sandra Hays 11. Design Services for Amador Water Tank Repair • Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a contract amendment with SHN Consulting Engineers & Geologists for the development of plans, specifications, and estimates for needed repairs to the Amador Water Tank. CCPD Grant Application - ABC Alcohol Policing Partnership • Recommendation: Hear staff report • Receive public comment • Direct staff to apply for grant funding through the ABC Grant-Alcohol Policing Partnership Program CITY COUNCIL ITEMS ➢ Legislative Matters – Consider miscellaneous legislative matters pertinent to the City of Crescent City. Authorize the Mayor to sign the appropriate letters and/or positions with respect to such matters. ➢ City Manager Report and City Council Directives - Pursuant to Crescent City Municipal Code § 2.08.200, the City Council may instruct the city manager on matters of importance to the administrative services of the City and provide direction with respect to subordinates of the City Manager.
