Approve the minutes of the February 18, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2026-028 – 199 EDGEWATER DRIVE – VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING Variation to allow a screened-in porch having a front-yard (lakeside) setback of 74.5 feet instead of the required 75.45 feet. 5. 2026-017 – 551 CRYSTAL POINTE DRIVE (McDONALD’S) - VARIATIONS – PUBLIC HEARING Variations for an eight-foot parking lot setback and a reduction in parking spaces to 39 instead of the required 53 spaces. 6. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT The public may address the commission on any item not on the commission’s agenda. 7.
