WALKUP AVENUE – REZONING – PUBLIC HEARING Rezoning from O Office to R-O Residential Office. 5. 2026-39 – 1165 S. ROUTE 31 – SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING Special Use Permit Amendment to allow exterior changes to an existing carwash facility. 6. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT The public may address the commission on any item not on the commission’s agenda. 7.
