Approve the minutes of the January 15, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2024-224 – 751 OAK STREET – SIMPLIFIED RESIDENTIAL VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING Simplified Residential Variation to construct a two-story garage addition to the street side of the home, extending 19.2 feet into the required 49.2-foot street side setback. Request continuation to the February 19, 2025 Regular Planning and Zoning Commission hearing. 5. 2024-222 – 132 HEATHER DRIVE – SIMPLIFIED RESIDENTIAL VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING Simplified Residential Variation to reconstruct a garage on existing slab 48 feet into the 64.68-foot average street side setback 1 foot into the required 4.9-foot side yard setback. 6.
