Approve the minutes of the February 5, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2024-224 – 751 OAK STREET – SIMPLIFIED RESIDENTIAL VARIATION – PUBLIC HEARING Simplified Residential Variation to construct a two-story garage addition to the street side of the home, extending 19.2 feet into the required 49.2-foot street side setback. 5. 2025-09 – 5689 NORTHWEST HWY – WATER’S EDGE – FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION – PUBLIC HEARING Final Planned Unit Development Amendment and Final Plat of Subdivision for changes to the site plan and plat of subdivision. 6.
