Approve the minutes of the February 19, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2025-22 – 6120 NORTHWEST HIGHWAY – PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING Final Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow changes to the elevations and a variation to allow an additional 461.25 square feet of signage for a red accent tower. 5.
