Approve the minutes of the July 2, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2025-105 – 290 W CRYSTAL LAKE AVE – PARKING & LANDSCAPE VARIATIONS – PUBLIC HEARING Variations from standards found in UDO Section 4-200 Off-Street Parking and Loading and Section 4-400 Landscaping and Screening Standards, as well as any other variations as presented at the public hearing pursuant UDO Article 4 and Article 9, in order to remove and replace the parking lot on the subject property. 5.
