Approve the minutes of the July 16, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. 4. 2025-103 – 779 OAK COURT – VARIATIONS – PUBLIC HEARING Variation to allow the construction of an addition to the home, which encroaches into the 51.41-foot street side setback by 16.41 feet, leaving a 35-foot setback from the street, encroaches into the 4.9-foot side yard setback by 0.9 feet, leaving a 4-foot setback from the side lot line, and increases the hard-surface coverage by 504 square feet for a lot total of 62.3%, which exceeds the allowable 50% by 12.3%. 5. 2025-125 – 8900 US ROUTE 14 – MCHENRY COUNTY COLLEGE FINAL PUD AMENDMENT – PUBLIC HEARING Final PUD Amendment for the construction of an Engagement Hall building addition. 6.
