CITY OF CUPERTINO AGENDA ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE This will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location Thursday, April 16, 2020 9:30 AM TELECONFERENCE / PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION TO HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 In accordance with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a teleconference meeting without a physical location to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Members of the public wishing comment on an item on the agenda may do so in the following ways: 1) E-mail comments E-mail comments received by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting to planning@cupertino.org will be forwarded to the Committee before the meeting and will be posted to the City’s website after the meeting. 2) To comment by email during the times for public comment (Oral Communications or during the Public Comment period for an agenda item) during the meeting, please send an email to the Planning Department at planning@cupertino.org. A Staff Member will read the email into the record, and display any attachments on the screen, for up to 3 minutes (subject to the Chair’s discretion to shorten time for public comments). Subject: The project proposes to construct an 0.8 mile shared-use trail (running along Regnart Creek) connecting the Cupertino Civic Center complex with Wilson Park to the west and Creekside Park to the east. The project also includes site improvements including; various ancillary trail components and features, curb and gutter improvements, fence replacements, gates, a pedestrian bridge, and improvements to the surrounding roadways for bicycle and pedestrian access to the proposed trail.
