Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, April 8, 2019 Members Present Jackie Thomas, excused Joe Baker Robin Dunlap Bobby Mauck Debbie Nasta Kathryn Wittman Kevin Plain Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, City Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director The meeting was called to order at 6:45pm. Approval of the January 8, 2018 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Baker moved to approve the January 8, 2018 minutes as presented. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. General Business Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-01, approving an Engagement Agreement with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck for Legal Services. Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director presented her report. Authority Member Dunlap moved to approve EDAD 19-01, approving an Engagement Agreement with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck for Legal Services. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Adjournment: With no further business to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 6:51 pm.
