Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, August 26, 2019 Members Present Joe Baker Robin Dunlap Bobby Mauck Debbie Nasta, Chairperson Kathryn Wittman Kevin Plain Jackie Thomas Members Absent Barb Kirkmeyer, excused Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, City Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm Approval of the July 8, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Wittman moved to approve the July 8, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono meeting minutes. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. General Business Public hearing and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-05, amending 2019 Budget of the Economic Development Authority of Dacono and appropriating the sums set forth therein for expenditure during 2019. Chairperson Nasta opened the public hearing. Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director gave a brief report. With no further comments Chairperson Nasta closed the public hearing. Authority Member Wittman moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-05, amending 2019 Budget of the Economic Development Authority of Dacono and appropriating the sums set forth therein for expenditure during 2019. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Adjournment: With no further business to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 6:04 pm.
