Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, July 8, 2019 Members Present Joe Baker Robin Dunlap Barb Kirkmeyer Bobby Mauck Debbie Nasta Kathryn Wittman Kevin Plain Jackie Thomas Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, City Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director The meeting was called to order at 7:44pm. Approval of the June 10, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Baker moved to approve the June 10, 2019 minutes as presented. The vote was ayes: Authority Members Mauck, Wittman, Thomas, Plain, Baker, Dunlap and Nasta. Abstain: Authority Member Kirkmeyer. Chairperson Nasta declared the motion carried. General Business Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-04, Authorizing Bank Signatories at TBK Bank. Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director gave a brief report. Authority Member Nasta moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-04, Authorizing Bank Signatories at TBK Bank. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Discussion of new Urban Renewal Plan and EDAD Governance. Carolynne White with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, gave a brief presentation. Adjournment: With no further business to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
