Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, November 25, 2019 Meeting called to order at 6:03pm Members Present Bobby Mauck Debbie Nasta, Chairperson Jackie Thomas Robin Dunlap, Kathryn Wittman Joe Baker Members Absent Kevin Plain, excused Barb Kirkmeyer, excused Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director Kelly Stroh, Treasurer Approval of the November 4, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Baker moved to approve the November 4, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono meeting minutes. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. General Business Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-08, approving an Engagement Agreement for Urban Renewal Legal Services in Connection with Real Property Acquisition. Jennifer Krieger, Community Development Director presented her report. Authority Member Wittman moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-08, approving an Engagement Agreement for Urban Renewal Legal Services in Connection with Real Property Acquisition. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Public Hearing for the 2020 Budget. Chairperson Nasta opened the public hearing. Kelly Stroh, Treasurer presented her report. With no further comments Chairperson Nasta closed the public hearing. No formal action taken. Adjournment: With no further business to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 6:11pm.
