Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes Monday, December 16, 2019 Meeting called to order at 6:00pm Members Present Danny Long Debbie Nasta, Chairperson Jackie Thomas Robin Dunlap Kathryn Wittman Joe Baker Chico Garcia Members Absent Derrick Worden, excused Barb Kirkmeyer, excused Staff Present AJ Euckert, City Manager Valerie Taylor, Clerk Jennifer Krieger, Secretary/Executive Director Kelly Stroh, Treasurer Chairman Nasta asked everyone to introduce themselves. Approval of the November 25, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. Authority Member Baker moved to approve the November 25, 2019 Economic Development Authority of Dacono Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. General Business Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-09, adopting a Budget for the calendar year beginning the first day of January, 2020 and ending the last day of December, 2020. Kelly Stroh, Treasurer presented her report. Authority Member Wittman moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-09, adopting a Budget for the calendar year beginning the first day of January, 2020 and ending the last day of December, 2020. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-10, approving a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Dacono sharing the City’s property and sales and use tax increment under the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan. Carolynne White, Special Counsel presented her report. Authority Member Thomas moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-10, approving a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Dacono sharing the City’s property and sales and use tax increment under the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan. The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried. Consideration and approval of Resolution EDAD 19-11, approving Tax Increment Revenue Agreements with the various taxing entities regarding property tax increment under the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan. Carolynne White, Special Counsel presented her report. Authority Member Wittman moved to approve Resolution EDAD 19-11, approving Tax Increment Revenue Agreements with the various taxing entities regarding property tax increment under the Dacono II Urban Renewal Plan The vote was unanimous with Chairperson Nasta declaring the motion carried.
