CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION Meeting MINUTES September 7, 2022 10:00 a.m. Via Videoconference Roll Call: The meeting was called to order by Chair Susan Ward, and Commissioner Rick Rogers. Also present was Daniel Stachowicz, Chief Examiner/HR Analyst. Minutes: Review and accept previous meeting’s minutes Motion by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward, to accept the previous meeting's minutes. Motion carried unanimously. Personnel Status: Status Change: None Promotional: None New Hires: None Retirements: None Resignations: None New Business: Qualification of Applications: - Certified Police Officer Motion by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward, to accept the candidates for the Certified Police Officer position with person id's ending in 4376, 5045, 5118, 5801, 5908, 6573, and 7181. Motion carried unanimously. - Associate Planner Motion by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward, to accept the candidate for the Associate Planner position with person id ending in 1062. Motion carried unanimously.  - Engineer I Mr. Stachowicz commented the Commission determined there are no qualified candidates, and the job opportunity will be reposted to the public. Removal from the Certified Police Officer Eligibility List: - Ryan Greaven ( Section E – 4D) failure to satisfy terms of the conditional offer of employment. Mr. Stachowicz read a letter the HR Director Virginia Alosco-Werner received from the Chief of Police Patrick Ridenhour. Motion by Commissioner Rogers, seconded by Chair Ward, to remove Ryan Greaven from the Certified Police Officer Eligibility List. Motion carried unanimously.
