TARRYWILE PARK AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING April 18, 2023 CALL TO ORDER: On April.18, 2023 at 6:02 p.m., the regular meeting of the Tarrywile Park Authority, was called to order by Chairman Michael Marcus ATTENDANCE: Board Members Present: M. Marcus, W. Platz, B. Talarico, D. Manacek, M. Repole, E. Prybylski, J. Harner, J. LaValla & N. Wakeham Board Members Absent: N/A Park Staff: B. Petro Guests: Mr. Joe Gillotti Public Speaking: Mr. Gillotti spoke briefly on the condition of the parking areas. AGENDA: 1. A. Chairman’s Report: N/A B. Executive Director’s Report: B. Petro submitted a detailed Directors Report covering items the staff are currently working on. 2. Minutes: A motion was made by W. Platz to approve the minutes of the February 21, 2023 meeting. J. Hatner seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Financial Items: A. Financial Reports – March 2023: A motion was made by M. Repole to approve the financial reports. E. Prybylski seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Old Business: A. Fundraising: The administrative staff continue to work on the fundraising campaign. Discussion followed. B. LoCIP Projects: This item was reported on under the Executive Directors Report. 5. New Business: A. Camping Discussion: This item was reported on under the Executive Directors Report. B. Trail Markers: This item was reported on under the Executive Directors Report. 6. Other Business: N/A Adjournment: A motion was made by W. Platz to adjourn the meeting at 6:47 p.m. Seconded by N.
