5/2/2022 Minutes Attendance: Dave Koenig (Chair), George Dorn (Supervisor 1), and Rich Haag (Supervisor 2) Present: Angie Volkman (Clerk) Absent: Jana Nolden (Treasurer) Public: Kendra Tutsch MASKS ARE OPTIONAL – Dane County lifted mask mandate 3/1/2022 1. Call meeting to order-called to order at 630pm by Dave Koenig. 2. Agenda Confirmation. Confirmed, no changes 3. Minutes from previous meeting-April 4, 2022. Motion by George, second by Rich to approve 4/4/2022 minutes. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Treasurer’s report will be presented. Motion by Rich, second by George to approve treasurer report as read/presented. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Public Input-N/A 6. Recycling Committee Report (Transfer Site on Hyslop Rd only for Town of Dane residence): Saturday Spring Clean-up 5/7/2022 8:00am – 12:00pm i. Wednesdays for the Summer: May 11th thru Sept 28th 5:00-6:30pm 7. Fire District Report-didn’t have meeting. 8. EMS Report-contacted Lodi, contracted up at end of year and need to discuss but shouldn’t change for 2023. Waunakee had meeting 4/4/22 and approved expenses, they are looking to buy 3 ambulance and staff that ambulance. 9. Public Works Report-patrolmen are getting up road name signs and need to get up bridge marker signs still. We will need to replace the batteries in the grader ($179/each) but will wait till fall when grader is needed to be used. 10. Open Book May 17th, 2022, from 4:00-6:00pm 11. Board of Review June 2nd, 2022, from 5:00-7:00pm 12. Election Update-Federal Election Aug 9th. 13. Allan Ballweg rezone 7462 Rauls Rd 14. Paul Hellenbrand Zoning Permit 15.
