TOWN OF DANE ANNUAL MEETING April 19, 2022 6:30 PM Attendance: Barb Koenig, Kendra Tutsch Board: Dave Koenig, George Dorn, Rich Haag, Jana Nolden & Angie Volkman 1. Call meeting to order-meeting called to order by the chair Dave Koenig at 6:35pm 2. Minutes from April 2021 Annual Town Meeting-Angie read minutes from Apr 2021 annual meeting. Barb Koenig made a motion to accept minutes as read, Rich seconded the motion, motion carried. 3. 2021 Treasurer’s report. Rich made a motion to accept the Treasurer Report 2021 presented/read, Kendra seconded the motion, motion carried. 4. Audit Report from 2021-Kendra presented. Audit Committee met 4/6/2022 to review the 2021 records. Audit Committee found everything to be in order with no unexplained discrepancies and have approved the summary of monthly totals and balances for 2021. Rich made a motion to accept the Audit Committee Report as read/presented, Barb seconded the motion, motion carried. 5. EMS Report-Lodi EMS contract up end of 2022. Rich is working with Russ going forward. Waunakee is always getting busier and busier. Waunakee is also looking for ambulance.. 6. Fire District Report-Nothing much to report as it was another quite year, everything is good. The Village of Dane and Town of Vienna are both waiting to get new people on the board. 7. Elections Report-4 elections for 2022. Good turnout in April with 40%. 2022. 8. Public Works Report-Rich and George looked at the roads, a lot of seal coating needs to be done. Splitting the township into 3 parts, 1 part for Dave, 1 part for Rich and 1 part for George. Salt Shed built, just needs to be stained. 9. Recycling Center – Addtl Hours for Summer: May 5th -Sept 29th 5-6:30pm (Wednesday’s Nights)-May Clean Up (5/1/2021 8-12pm), looks clean at site. 10. 2021 Town of Dane Re-Evaluation-need to set a date before 6/9/2021 in May’s meeting to hold a BOR to set the OP and BOR dates for after the revaluation is complete. 11. Any other business-confirming Lodi Library is getting donation. Set 2022 Annual Meeting – 4/19/22 confirmed. 12. Adjourn-Kendra made a motion at 6:55pm to adjourn the meeting, Rich seconded the motion, motion carried.
