4/4/2022 Minutes Attendance: Dave Koenig (Chair), George Dorn (Supervisor 1), and Rich Haag (Supervisor 2) Present: Angie Volkman (Clerk) Jana Nolden (Treasurer), Kendra Tutsch (public) MASKS ARE OPTIONAL The following agenda will be followed: 1. Call meeting to order - meeting called to order by Koenig at 6:35pm. 2. Agenda Confirmation- Agenda Confirmed. 3. Minutes from previous meeting - March 7, 2022 - Motion by Haag, second by Dorn to approve minutes for 3/7/22 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Treasurer's report will be presented - Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to approve treasurer report as presented and read. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Public Input, No Action - N/A 6. Recycling Committee Report: Spring Clean Up 5/7 from 8-12pm @ Transfer Site, Wednesday 5- 6:30 starting 5/11-9/28/2022. 7. Fire District Report-short meeting-paid bills, changing of bi-laws. 8. EMS Report - Waunakee meeting held-expansion, adding staffing – 6 FT paramedics. Contract up end of this year with Lodi so need to start working on next contract. 9. David Hellenbrand-Driveway permit on Lodi-Springfield Rd. Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to approve driveway permit. If any changes, must come back to board. Motion carried unanimously. 10. Allan Ballweg-Rezone 7462 Rauls Rd. split land 2.31 acres. Table until Town of Dane has CSM. 11. Public Works Report. Dave, Rich and George drove the town roads and assessed. Every road in the Town needs improvement. Look at Buethin Rd and get quotes. 12. Annual Town Meeting-3rd Tues in April. Confirmed 4/19/20222 at 630pm. 13. Open Book- no dates set yet 14. Board of Review-no dates set yet 15. Appoint both Judy Pulvermacher & Roman Maier to the Audit Committee. Roman will be appointed for 2022 & 2023 and Judy will be appointed for 2022,2023, and 2024. Motion Haag, second by Dorn to appoint Judy Pulvermacher & Roman Maier to the Audit Committee. Motion carried unanimously. 16. Election Update. Public Test went well. We have a couple of Absentee still outstanding. Confirmed 7-8pm April 5th Election 17. Solar Panels & Solar Farms. Turned down MSA. $2500-$3500 not interested at this time. 18. Correspondence. N/A 19. Bills to be paid. Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to pay the bills. Motion carried unanimously. 20. Set next meeting date. Confirmed 5/2/2022 @630pm. 21.
