2/7/2022 Minutes
Attendance: Dave Koenig (Chair), George Dorn (Supervisor 1), and Rich Haag (Supervisor 2)
Present: Jana Nolden (Treasurer), Kendra Tutsch (public) and Dustin Robinson (public)

The following agenda will be followed:
1. Call meeting to order - meeting called to order by Koenig at 6:30pm.
2. Agenda Confirmation- Agenda Confirmed.
3. Minutes from previous meeting - February 7, 2022 - Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to
approve minutes for 2/7/22 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Treasurer's report will be presented - Motion by Haag, second by Dorn to approve treasurer
report as presented and read. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Public Input, No Action - N/A
6. Jerica and Dustin Robinson Driveway permit on Crystal Lake Rd - Koenig suggested widen base
of driveway. Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to approve the driveway permit for Dustin and
Jerica Robinson.
7. Public Works Report - Have all salt needed for the year, bridge inspection on Lee Rd to sign
contract for 2022/2023 (price increased $300), equipment good, need to invest in a couple
pole saws.
8. Recycling Committee Report: May 7th Spring Clean-up, May 11th Start of Wednesdays for the
Summer - Doing good job of keeping transfer site plowed, camera works but charging system
does not, looking into other options - could run power to it as an option - $25 minimum usage
charge per month, will have sign up sheet for Wednesday volunteers at April election.
9. Fire District Report - two trucks were worked on (charged $450 in travel), paid bills, want to
replace radios in near future, cost is $3,000 per radio, two need replacing now, in future
would like to replace 3 to 4 at a time - total of 30 radios needed.
10. EMS Report - Waunakee meeting held 2/10: approved minutes and expenditure report, call
numbers have increased - figuring out how to fill needs, talking about staffing both
ambulances, COVID protocols changing of what needs to be wore in ambulances, had rewards
banquet, having luck attracting people to work.
11. Election Update - April 5th 7a to 8pm - Have 4 workers for AM and PM shifts with backup,
mailing out absentee ballots, only voter can return ballet in person (no drop box can be used).
12. Solar panels and Solar Farms - Mid-States sent agreement to work on ordinance against solar
panels/farms at a cost of $2,500-$3,500, not interested at this time.
13. Annual Town Meeting: April 19th @6:30pm - Date set for meeting, Kendra adding to calendar.
14. Correspondence to be presented -No Action. - N/A
15. Bills to be paid. Motion by Koenig, second by Haag to approve bills to be paid. Motion carried
unanimously.
16. Set next meeting date- April 4, 2022 @6:30pm.
17. Adjourn. - Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to adjourn meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
