first Wednesday collection.

rezoning petition.
12. William and Debra Glenn Rezone 7872 Kruchten Road. Motion by Dave Koenig, second by Rich Haag to table until
more information provided.
13. WTA Meeting topics:
a. ARIP Program. Project would cover replacement of culvert on road project, we’d have to cover cost of
pavement. Program has $50 million the first year and $100 million the second year. Application would go
to second year if don’t get funding the first year, as long as we let them know that’s what we want done.
Need to look into how much it would cost to try to get funds.
b. 6 – 20 Foot Culvert Inventory-Delmore Consultants. Dane County will not do inspections. Need to notify
County by 11/15 of what our plan is. We are not qualified to do the 16-point inspections ourselves. No
cost to go with Delmore Consultants, we pay them and then reimbursed by County by end of the year.
Motion by Dave Koenig, second by Rich Haag to go with Delmore Consultants to inventory and inspect
bridges.
c. Board of Review Certification. Can no longer get Certification online, have to attend in person meeting.
Dave and Rich have Certification for Board of Review.
d. Shared Revenues. Want us to spend shared revenue funds with EMS, Police and Fire District in order to
get funds, otherwise they will take 15% of total if don’t use it this way. Dave let the Fire Chief know that
we will need certification by the end of the year that the money was spend with the Fire District.
14. CORRESPONDENCE. None
15. FINANCE. Bills to be paid. Motion by Rich Haag, second by George Dorn to approve the bills to be paid.
Motion carried unanimously.
