Motion carried 5-0. Motion made by Trustee Button, seconded by Trustee Specchio to ratify the DPOA Contract. Roll call vote: Trustee Specchio; aye, Trustee Button; aye, Trustee Wiedrick; no, Trustee Tracy; aye, Mayor Haywood; aye. Motion carried 4-1. Motion made by Trustee Tracy, seconded by Trustee Specchio to approve the contract with Chief Griese pending additional wording.
