Staff recommends that the low bid of $226,144.70 be awarded to HRI, Inc. for street paving and the low bid of $148,400 be awarded to Meckley’s Limestone Products, Inc. for ADA curb ramp installation. 5. Shredding of documents is to take place later in the month pursuant to State guidelines. Request from Chas Bartholomew, Danville Borough Tax Collector, to increase the incidental tax collection fees. The current rates were set in 2015.
