PENNVEST Loan Payment Deferral Option PENNVEST is offering a consecutive 3 month deferral of principal & interest payments in 2020. A form must be filled out to request this and the borrower must be in good standing. Link with more information: https://www.pennvest.pa.gov/Pages/deferral.aspx 2. PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) was issued for the planned water main replacement work at the intersection of Walnut St. (SR 0011) and Railroad St (Dunkin Donuts). Permit requires all night work between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Ronca will be doing this work. 3. PA DEP issued an administratively complete letter dated 4/13/2020 regarding the Public Water Supply Permit application to perform the WTP filter upgrades. The official date of acceptance was 4/9/2020. The application was submitted to DEP on 3/18/2020 but the DFP office was closed due to COVID-19 shutdown, so FedEx could not deliver until 3/27. DEP did not acknowledge receipt of the two packages on 3/31. DEP can take up to 4-months from 4/9 before final action is taken. 4. Instrumentation subcontractor wants to supply custom made VFDs for the filter project. The concern is these units would not be UL rated. Engineer does not recommend using custom made VFDs.
