Montour Area Recreation Commission’s request to approve an updated Intergovernmental Agreement of Cooperation to include Mahoning Township, see attached e-mail from Bob Stoudt, MARC Director, as page 3. 2. Request by Danville Borough Police Department to hire Yvonne Kinney as a Part-Time officer effective immediately. She was previously interviewed by the Personnel Committee and has now completed all of the testing requirements. 3. Request by Danville Borough Police Department to hire Eric Gill as a Part-Time officer effective as of July 1, 2020. 4. Request from Representative Dan Meuser, via Marlene Gunther, to monetarily contribute toward a first responder/front line worker dinner being hosted in Montour County. 5.
