of the Municipal Building. Al Hinderman attended the meeting to answer any questions. Three bids were
received. Copies of the bids were included in the meeting packet. One bid for stripping the floor and waxing
was from Dean’s Cleaning Service, LLC, for $8,400.00. Two bids were received from SBS Specialty
Building Services: one bid was for deep scrubbing and waxing the floor for $2,102.00, and the second bid

Discussion was then held concerning the Well #2 Pump Pull Inspection Report received from
Peerless Well & Pump. A copy of the report was included in the meeting packet. Jeff McCarthy attended
the meeting to present the report and discuss the next steps that need to be taken. Two options were
presented for the well pump: either rebuild the current pump and replace specific components or install a
new pump and replace certain materials. The cost of the rebuild project was $70,706.00, and the cost of
installing a new pump and variable frequency drive was $72,426.00. Several questions were asked and
answered. After discussion and consideration, motion by Pickett, seconded by Roelli, to approve installing

McCarthy then presented the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Sanitary Survey Report.
Jeff went over the deficiencies listed in detail and reported the actions to be taken to correct them. The
deficiencies and corrections that need to be made were discussed and approved during previous meetings.
McCarthy felt they were ahead of the compliance dates because they had addressed the issues before the
