AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 10th DAY OF JUNE 2025 AT 6:00 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (a) Presentation of amended letter of resignation from Library Director, Candi Fitzsimons. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to interview applicants for the Wellness Center Director Position and, if appropriate, recommend the hiring of this applicant for the position; The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., to recommend the hiring of a Wellness Center Director employee, if appropriate, to the City Council for approval; to adjourn the meeting. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
