Board of Directors Meeting, November 2025
Meeting held: November 24, 2025
1. Call to Order: By President Wiegel at 6:34PM.
2. Roll Call: Present: Janet Trout, Matt Walter, Sonja Wiegel, John Knellwolf, Cindy
Corley, Carly Winslow, Alex Santacruz. Absent: Patty Taylor.
3. Motion that meeting and agenda were properly posted
a. 1st Winslow, 2nd Corley. Motion Carried.
4. Approval of Minutes
a. 1st Winslow, 2nd Walter. Motion Carried.
5. Reports, comments, suggestions
a. None Present
6. Unfinished business
a. Update on Children’s Council Books
i. All Books have been received
ii. Voting goes through February
iii. 20% of the books are going to be donated to various organizations as
agreed upon.
b. Report on Past Library Events

a. 405 total participants in tot time and story hour

c. Peggy Glendenning came for Author Talk

that edit in place.

i. 1st Knellwolf, 2nd Corley. Motion Carried to approve.
c. Discussion and action on Board of Trustees Policy
i. 1st Walter, 2nd Winslow. Motion Carried to approve.
d. Discussion and action on closing Friday, Dec. 26th and Sat Dec. 27th
i. 1st Winslow, 2nd Santacruz to remain closed December 26th, but open
December 27th. Motion Carried.
e. Report on Upcoming Events:

ii. December 9th 5:00PM Ornament and Book Bedazzling
iii. December 13th 10:30AM-12:00PM Kindness for Carson coming for
Christmas Shopping for children
