PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 4, 2025
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6:30 PM. Present at roll call were:
Dave Roelli, Joe Boll, Jeff McCarthy, and Mayor McDermott. Absent: Fritz Hanewall and Kyle McCarville.
Also present were: Kerry Black, Cindy Corley, John Sonsalla, Steve Pickett, and Amy Johnson.
Motion by McCarthy, seconded by Roelli, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
Motion carried. Motion by Boll, seconded by McCarthy, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.
Motion carried.
Under new business, discussion was held concerning a certified survey map for Joseph and Donna
Wiegel for the land they own along Hwy 81 West in the City of Darlington. A copy of the certified survey
map was included in the agenda packet. After discussion and consideration, motion by McCarthy, seconded
by Roelli, to recommend to the Council the approval of the certified survey map from Joseph and Donna
Wiegel for the land they own along Hwy 81 West in the City of Darlington, as presented. Motion carried
There being no further business for this meeting, motion by Roelli, seconded by Boll, to adjourn the
meeting at 6:33 PM. Motion carried.

1. Call to order by presiding officer.
2. Roll call.
3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy
enclosed)
5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present.
6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous Plan Commission meetings.
7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and
Resolutions.
(a) Discussion and action if necessary, concerning a certified survey map approval
request from Joseph and Donna Wiegel, for land they own along Hwy. 81 West.
8. Adjourn the meeting.
