Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach the Mayor has instructed me to
announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes:
SP.1. 18-199 CLOSED ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8) re:
City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc., Case No.
502016CA002812XXXXMBAA.
Attendees: Mayor Cary Glickstein

Deputy Vice-Mayor Shirley Johnson
Commissioner Shelly Petrolia
Commissioner Mitchell Katz

A certified court reporter

The Special Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach was called
to order by Mayor Cary Glickstein in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 2:00
p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018.
Roll call showed the following were present:
Commissioner Shelly Petrolia
Vice Mayor James Chard
Deputy Vice Mayor Shirley Ervin Johnson
Mayor Cary Glickstein
Other members present were:
City Manager, Mark R. Lauzier
City Attorney R. Max Lohman
Mayor Glickstein read the case information into the record and announced who
would be in attendance at the Closed Attorney/Client Session.
The meeting convened at 2:05 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room.
The meeting reconvened at 2:57 p.m. where the Closed Attorney/Client Session

ended and the Special Meeting reconvened.
With no further business to discuss, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 2:58 p.m.
