1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:23 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA:
A. Minutes of January 26, 2016
Motion by Eric James, seconded by Jodi Pena-Castaldi to approve
minutes for January 26, 2016.

4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS:
N/A
5. PUBLIC FORUM:
None.
6. OLD BUSINESS:
The AHAC reviewed recommendations and changes to the updated Local Housing
Assistance Plan (LHAP). Staff also briefly summarized the recommendations submitted
by the AHAC committee. Members of the AHAC committee expressed gratitude for the
acceptance of their recommended changes and were pleased with the revised

A. Review and recommendation regarding the updated Local Housing
Assistance Plan (LHAP).
Motion by Michael Williams, seconded by Jodi Pena-Castaldi to
recommend to the City commission to adopt and present the 2017-2019
LHAP to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.

Member Kihlmire, Member Ulicny-Hoback and Member

8. STAFF COMMENTS:
Staff informed the AHAC members that the City Commission will direct the committee to
participate in the quarterly social service summit meeting.
9. BOARD/COMMITTEE MEMBERS COMMENTS:
AHAC members indicated that they would be amicable to participating in the social
service summit process.
10. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
