Invocation presented by Vice Mayor Schleicher. Background: At the Regular City Commission Meeting on Monday, October 17, 2011, the City Commission approved to have each Commissioner by District schedule someone to present the invocation at each Regular City Commission meeting rotating each Commissioner by District starting with District #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 and the Mayor. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA: A. Approval of minutes - Special Commission Meeting of September 21, 2015 - Joyce Raftery, City Clerk (386) 878-8502. Background: N/A 5. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS: 6. Request for approval of covered concrete walkway from City Hall to Mayor Masiarczyk’s residence in order to observe the coyote population. Background: N/A 10. OLD BUSINESS: 11. NEW BUSINESS: A. Request for approval of a pedestal to be installed on the floor in front of the dais for Mayor Masiarczyk in order to present certificates during the meetings. Background: Being that the Mayor is vertically challenged staff is suggesting a permanent pedestal be installed for the Mayor to be able to present certificates to groups such as the Super Star Students. 12.
