Strategic Goals: Internal/External Communication Background: Steve Roland, Building Official for the City, will discuss the interpretation of the building code and address concerns raised by air conditioning contractors. Presentation- Water and Wastewater Rate Study Update - Matt Doan, P.E., Public Works Director (386) 878-8973 Background: On May 8th, 2017 Stantec presented information relating to their work with staff on the annual review of the water, sewer and reclaimed water rates. They have since prepared a follow-up presentation based on items discussed.
