CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA: A. Minutes of September 12, 2019. Motion by Scott McGrath, seconded by Mario Chavez, to accept the minutes of September 12, 2019. Member Chavez noted the applicant will need to connect to sewer once it becomes available within 1,300 feet. Motion by Mario Chavez, seconded by Scott McGrath, to approve with the condition that the development will need to connect to sanitary sewer when it becomes available within 1,300 feet.
