1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am.
2. ROLL CALL:

Martinez, ReMax Associates; Melissa Salvia. MetaWorld Civil Consulting; and Amir Malek,

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA:
A. Minutes of August 15, 2019.
Motion by Steve Roland, seconded by Leigh Grosvenor, to accept the
Minutes of August 15, 2019 . The motion carried by the following vote:
For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes,
Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and
Chair Wallace
4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS:
5. PUBLIC FORUM: Time permitted, public comment shall be permitted at the end of
agenda items only and shall not exceed two minutes.

7. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Final Site Plan Application - FSP 19-008, Dollar General Fort Smith Blvd
Charles Davidson, 2181 Gretna Drive, Deltona, spoke against the City approving another
dollar store.
Motion by Scott McGrath, seconded by Ron Paradise, to approve Final
Site Plan Application - FSP 19-008, Dollar General Fort Smith Blvd. The
motion carried by the following vote:
For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes,
Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and
Chair Wallace
B. Pre-application meeting - 2810 Bluffview Circle and 2797 Maureen Drive.
Mr. Malek provided the Committee with the proposed drive-through restaurant. Discussion
occurred regarding access managment, landscape buffers, parking, remote parking,
stormwater, utilities, hydrants and sidewalks.
C. Pre-application Meeting - 2912 Cardinal St.
Mr. Macedo provided the Committee with a summary of the proposed multi-family
complexes. Discussion occurred regarding landscape buffer requirements, impact fees,
stormwater, fire safety access, hydrants, parking, resurfacing the road and density.
