Mayor announces the commencement of the Executive Session with an estimated length of up to an hour. ii. Mayor announces the names of each Commissioner in attendance, the City Manager James V. Chisholm, City Attorney Marsha Segal-George, Deputy City Manager Rick Karl, Attorney Dale Scott with Roper, P.A., Public Works/Deltona Water Director Glenn Whitcomb, and Deputy Public Works Director Phyllis Wallace. iii. Mayor closes the session to the public. iv. Discussion of Class Action lawsuit. v. Mayor announces the termination of the Executive Session. vi. Mayor reopens meeting and adjourns.
