McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. BOE19-047 Consider approval of the minutes for September 11, 2019. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Meeting Minutes 9-11-19 B. BOE19-048 Hold a discussion on updates to the current membership of the Ethics Board. C. BOE19-049 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding Board attendance and ethics training deadlines. D. BOE19-053 Hold a discussion and take necessary action regarding the classification of absences for vacations and surrounding circumstances, pursuant to Denton Code of Ordinances Section 2-83(c). E. BOE19-050 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the October 22, 2019 City Council Work Session presentation outlining the Board of Ethics recommended changes to the Ethics Ordinance and Rules of Procedure. F. BOE19-051 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take necessary action confirming potential recommendations to the City Council for amendments to the Ethics Ordinance 18-757, pursuant to Denton Ethics Ordinance, Division 3, Section 2-277(i), including a presentation of possible changes by Deborah Cosimo. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Memorandum on City Charter Requirements G. BOE19-052 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take necessary action confirming potential recommendations to the City Council for amendments to the Rules of Procedure, originally confirmed by Ordinance 18-1839, pursuant to Denton Ethics Ordinance, Division 3, Section 2-277(k).
