After determining that a quorum is present, the Development Code Review Committee of the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. DCRC20-014 Consider the approval of the October 19, 2020 minutes. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - October 19, 2020 Minutes B. DCRC20-022 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding an overview of House Bill 3167. C. DCRC20-008 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding Code amendments related to Planning and Zoning Commission Operational Procedures, Subdivision Procedures, and Development Agreements. D. DCRC20-011 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding Code amendments related to Subchapter 2 - Administration and Procedures of the Denton Development Code.
