WORK SESSION A. EDP16-056 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the status of the Downtown Reinvestment Grant program. EDP16-054 Receive a report, hold a discussion and make a recommendation to City Council regarding a Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 104 W. McKinney (Hop and Sting Brewery). Attachments: Exhibit 1- Grant Application C. EDP16-050 Receive a report, hold a discussion and make a recommendation to City Council regarding Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 200 E. EDP16-052 Receive a report, hold a discussion and make a recommendation to City Council regarding Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 200 W. Oak (JT Clothiers). EDP16-057 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding changes to the Economic Development Program Agreement between the City of Denton and the Denton Chamber of Commerce. Following the completion of the Work Session, the Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Closed Meeting to consider specific items when these items are listed below under the Closed Meeting section of this agenda. The Economic Development Partnership Board reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its open meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law. 1. B. EDP16-051 Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding a Downtown Reinvestment Grant for 200 E. McKinney Street (Denton County Brewing Company). This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the City has received from Denton County Brewing Company, which the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations; including the offer of financial or other incentive. C. EDP16-053 Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.087. This discussion shall include commercial and financial information the City has received from JT Clothiers, which the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the city, and with which the Economic Development Partnership Board is conducting economic development negotiations; including the offer of financial or other incentive.
