McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. CLOSED MEETING The Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Closed Meeting to consider specific items when these items are listed below under the Closed Meeting section of this agenda. The Economic Development Partnership Board reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its open meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law. A. EDP18-046 Receive Sales Tax Information - Under Texas Tax Code, Section 321.3022; Deliberation regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Under Texas Government Code, Section 551.087 Receive, for the purpose of economic forecasting and revenue sharing determinations, information on sales tax paid by anchor stores located at Denton’s Golden Triangle Mall to the City. Receive commercial and financial information from staff about GTM Development, Ltd. (“GTM”) and discuss the City’s Economic Development Program Grant Agreement (2014-190) with GTM and any proposed amendments to the same. Following the completion of the Closed Meeting, The Economic Development Partnership Board will convene in a Regular Meeting at which the following items will be considered: 2.
