EDP19-078 Receive a report hold, a discussion and give staff direction regarding the potential implementation of an exclusive pedestrian phase in the traffic signal operations of the downtown intersections at Oak and Elm, Oak and Locust, Hickory and Elm, and Hickory and Locust Streets as a pilot program for evaluation as a safety improvement for all modes of transportation in the downtown area.
