IN THE WORK SESSION ROOM After determining that a quorum is present, the Historic Landmark Commission of the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Work Session on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: WORK SESSION 1. Work Session Report A. ID 19-1949 Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding Article III of the City Code which governs boards, commissions, and committees and specifically discuss the attendance policy. COA19-0003 Hold a public meeting and consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Denton Development Code, to demolish the main structure at 2230 West Oak.
