McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE A. U.S. Flag B. Texas Flag “Honor the Texas Flag – I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.” 2. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. HLC20-016 Consider approval of the minutes of January 13, 2020. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - January 13, 2020 Minutes B. COA20-0004 Hold a public meeting and consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA), in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Denton Development Code, to install a new fireplace to an existing house located at 607 East College Street, a designated Local Historic Landmark. The site is located on Oak Street between Vine Street and Frame Street. NOTE: The Historic Landmark Commission reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Open Meeting agenda consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, or as otherwise allowed by law.
