McKinney Street, Denton, Texas, at which the following items will be considered: 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE A. U.S. Flag B. COA20-0005 Hold a public meeting and consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA), in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Denton Development Code, to install new front windows and a door to an existing house located at 1109 West Congress Street, a designated Local Historic Landmark. The site is located on Congress Street between Ponder Avenue and Fulton Street.
