McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered: 1. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. TSC19-043 Hold a discussion, receive nominations and hold an election for a new Chair and if necessary a new Vice-Chair of the Traffic Safety Commission. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Agenda Information Sheet B. TSC19-045 Consider approval of the meeting minutes of August 5, 2019. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Draft Minutes C. TSC19-039 Receive a report, hold a discussion and give staff direction regarding the lighting and pedestrian elements at the Alice/University traffic signal and Fulton/University traffic signal intersections. Attachments: Exhibit 1 – Agenda Information Sheet Exhibit 2 - Presentation D. TSC19-046 Receive a report and hold a discussion on pedestrian safety.
